Information recorded
We record the information you submit and the details needed to identify and follow up the enquiry.
- Name, email, phone, selected service, message and contact consent.
- Optional company, emirate, recipient, target date, document count and language information.
- Request date, language, reference, follow-up status and notification transport records.
How the information is used
We use the information to understand and respond to your enquiry, clarify requirements, send an acknowledgement and follow up the service. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website system and a notification is sent to the team mailbox. Administrative access is restricted to authorised users. The current website retention period appears below; mailboxes may retain correspondence separately.
Submission protection and session preferences
Temporary fingerprints derived from connection and email information help limit repeated submissions; the raw connection address is not stored in the request record. Session storage remembers dismissal of the WhatsApp invitation. This theme does not enable analytics or advertising trackers by default.
External services and privacy requests
WhatsApp, email and map links open external services with their own policies. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Contact the team to ask about, obtain a copy of, correct or delete your information; identity verification may be needed before a request is processed.
